Jerry Geiger made a presentation to pre-law students at ESU on the liability of local governmental bodies under Pennsylvania and Federal constitutional law. Jerry is a frequent speaker in Pennsylvania on federal constitutional claims against government officials and has an active federal practice. During the past 25 years, he has represented seven Pennsylvania Counties and their employees in eastern and central Pennsylvania.
