PA Commonwealth Court to Hear Arguments in Luzerne County on April 20

Pennsylvania’s Commonwealth Court is an intermediate appeals court that hears appeals from County Court decisions. The Commonwealth Court usually sits in Harrisburg. However, on April 20, a 3-judge panel of the court will hear arguments at the Luzerne County Courthouse in Wilkes-Barre.

The courthouse, built between 1906 and 1909 features a beautiful central rotunda with magnificent courtrooms encircling it. NW Attorney Jerry Geiger will be appearing to argue a case for the Hamilton Township Zoning Hearing Board. Arguments are open to the public.
