Stroudsburg Litigation Attorney Robert Kidwell was extensively quoted in a June 1, 2017 Pocono Record article. The premise of the article is that vacation rentals may be considered a business by insurance companies, and therefore a traditional homeowner’s insurance policy may not protect owners against damages and liability should accidents occur.

Attorney Kidwell was asked to comment on whether a short-term rental property constitutes a business use given his recent successful handling of two short-term rental cases before the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court.
