Geiger Running for 7th Judge Seat

On Behalf of | Mar 1, 2019 | Firm News, Jerry Geiger |

NW Shareholder, Jerry Geiger is running for the 7th judge seat in Monroe County. His campaign announcement was recently reported in the Pocono Record.

Jerry is the only candidate with extensive jury trial experience in both federal and state courts, from Philadelphia to Milford.

Jerry is the past President of the Monroe County Bar Association. He is a federal and state court mediator and believes that the courts could do more to resolve cases early in the litigation process before litigants suffer the emotional and financial toll that is common in litigation.

Jerry serves on panels in both the federal and state courts to offer suggestions to the courts on procedural changes. As a federal court mediator, he donates his time to help the federal courts settle cases.

Jerry is the only candidate who teaches lawyers on federal and state laws and the only candidate with the highest possible ratings in both legal ability and ethics, as evaluated by polls of local attorneys and judges.
