Attorney Kidwell will attend the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) House of Delegates meeting on May 12, 2017 at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The House of Delegates, created in 1966, is the body charged with setting policy for the PBA. Attorney Kidwell will serve as a delegate from Zone 5, which encompasses Bradford, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Pike, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming counties.
