Gerard J. Geiger, a partner at Newman Williams, P.C., will be speaking this Thursday, March 26, 2026, at East Stroudsburg University as part of a panel discussion commemorating the 60th anniversary of Miranda v. Arizona. He will be joined by Dr. Gerard La Salle and Dr. Richard A. Ruck Jr. for a discussion of the legal and philosophical foundations of Miranda, its historical use, and its continued relevance in modern law enforcement and criminal justice.
